Took Danny and Amelia from Crossfit Noosa for a SUP on Wednesday at 1st point and there was a small wave running with not a soul out. After a little instruction and a couple close calls (boards colliding with skulls) they were off and catching a few good waves.
The disturbing thing is that Danny is an English land lover so in theory this should have been my chance for redemption NOT the dude has crazy balance and has take to SUP like a duck to water with a few more tips on positioning and board control we will have him out on a solid day drawing some classy lines across waves.
Amelia seem to have clicked with the technique of SUP and is moving across the water with speed already aye! Danny, am looking forward to the next SUP session with the cross fit crew nailing kick turns.
