Peregian Beach Sunrise
4:30am WTF...... I only just went to sleep well thats what it felt like.........
Drag your butt out of bed Marshie it's another perfect day in paradise.
First up is a cool drink of H2O and a banana and that eva present VISE a COFFEEEEE. Now I'm ready to rock.
Up to Noosa for the Coreban Paddle Fit Class with all the other Suckers.
5am Noosa Stairs is always a good way to get the blood pumping and get you fired up for the day. 220 to the top up and down a few times and I am ready for a paddle.
Tuesdays are our 1hr TECHNIQUE session with a stretch and Core set in the park.
Driving home down the coast the beachies are looking pristine with glass lines pumping through not big put perfect so it's on the phone to Mark from WETFOOT photography to organise a shoot.
Now it's on for young and old with a few boys fired up to get some fun ones.

Surf was just perfect with A frame peaks running off in to a gutter which gave Mark plenty to shoot firing off 200 shots in under an hour with that dine we surfed the SUP for another 40 or so minutes then traded the SUP for the Short Board and surfed until the Seabreeze and my burning hunger drove me in.
